These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Party Out Delhi website, social channels, and participation in any events or services organised under the “Party Out Delhi” brand by Times Entertainment Ventures (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, contacting us, purchasing tickets, or attending any of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Conduct
You must be at least 18 years of age to attend our events, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise. By registering or attending, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is true and accurate.
We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards other attendees, our team, venue staff, and property. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, violence, or any illegal activity will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person from an event without refund if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.
2. Bookings, Tickets & Payments
Event access may require advance booking, registration, or ticket purchase. Details of inclusions, pricing, and payment methods will be mentioned in the event communication or on the booking page. Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation from our side.
Any offers, discounts, or guest lists are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion, without prior notice.
3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
Our cancellation and refund rules may vary for each event, venue, or partner. The applicable policy will be specified in the event communication wherever possible. In general, tickets and bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except where an event is fully cancelled by us without an alternative date or equivalent benefit.
We reserve the right to modify event details (including timing, artists, inclusions, or venue) due to operational, safety, legal, or other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform registered guests using the contact details provided at the time of booking.
4. Venue Rules & Third-Party Services
Our events are often organised at third-party venues (clubs, lounges, resorts, hotels, etc.). Entry is always subject to the venue’s own house rules including, but not limited to, security checks, dress codes, age and ID verification, and service of alcohol as per local law. The venue reserves full right of admission.
Certain services such as food, beverages, transport, and stay packages may be provided by independent third parties. While we strive to work with reliable partners, we are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or service quality.
5. Alcohol, Substances & Safety
Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited for guests below the legal drinking age as per applicable law. We do not encourage misuse of alcohol or any banned substances. Guests are responsible for their own health and safety, including arranging safe transport to and from the venue.
We encourage everyone to drink responsibly, respect personal boundaries, and seek assistance from our team or venue staff if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable at any point.
6. Personal Belongings & Liability
Please be careful with your personal belongings. We, along with the venue, are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal items brought to the event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Times Entertainment Ventures and Party Out Delhi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits arising out of attendance at our events or use of our website.
7. Intellectual Property & Content
All logos, branding, graphics, photographs, event concepts, and written content on our website, social media pages, and marketing material are the intellectual property of Times Entertainment Ventures or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Photography, Videography & Use of Likeness
Our team and venue partners may capture photos and videos during events for promotion, documentation, and social media sharing. By attending, you acknowledge and consent that images or recordings featuring you may be used by us, in good faith, for marketing and brand communication without any additional approval or compensation.

9. Website Use & Third-Party Links
Our website and social platforms may contain links to third-party websites, ticketing partners, payment gateways, or social media pages. These sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and we do not control or endorse their content. Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk.
